How it works.

To use our unique system and get your property listed on our site and have control of your property listing just follow these simple steps.

Create an account by filling in your account form.

Once your account is created you will be able to log in to your control panel.

Inside your control panel you first fill in your personal details including your name and address you will also be able to put your contact details for potential buyers to contact you, Include your telephone number, mobile and an e-mail address ( its up to you what details you display but remember you dont want to miss a potential buyer ).

Now you have your contact profile created you click on add new listing in your control panel it is a quite simple task and should take no more than about 10 mins of your time, fill in as much details as you can including a property discription, also find your property on the google map and copy and paste your location details in.

The final step is to upload your property images the easiest way to do this is to save your images to your desktop and upload from there, try to keep your images set to a minimum on your camera it helps with the image loading on the site but will still allow good clear images for your potential buyers to see.

Once all this has been filled in correctly click on Submit Listing at this point we will check your Private Ad, this will take approx 24 hrs, once approved your listing will be live to be found by potential buyers.

We will promote your property on google etc for you,
